The Company operates as an Investment Company (as defined under RBI Guidelines) and is consequently registered as a Non-Banking Financial Company – Investment and Credit Company (‘NBFC-ICC’) with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

The Company’s registered office is at 504 Woodburn Central, 5th Floor 5A, Bibhabati Bose Sarani, Kolkata - 700020, West Bengal, India. The principal activity of the Company is trading, investment in secondary market and finance to corporate houses.
